Q. What is it like living in Sun Meadows vs. other Mobile Home parks or traditional HOA communities?
A. Sun Meadows combines the affordability of a mobile home park with the values and amenities of a traditional HOA. All homes are double-wide units with attached 2-car garages. The central clubhouse area is always consistently busy with events and but there are always beautiful areas to sit and relax in a peaceful setting such as the gazebo located in the park center, or the covered patio outside the front of the clubhouse.
Q. How many pets are allowed and do you have breed restrictions?
A. Yes, we have a long list of breeds we do not allow including Pit Bulls. Having said this, animals love the grounds of Sun Meadows and we are a pet friendly community.
Q. Do I have to participate in Sun Meadows events?
A. Sun Meadows is an active community, and we take pride in facilitating the rich calendar of events designed by residents and the Sun Meadows Social Club (SMSC). There are no obligations to participate but all Residents are automatically members of the SMSC.
Q. Are the amenities included in rent?
A. Sun Meadows has a 4-lane shuffleboard court, pool, spa, sauna, arts & crafts room, tennis court, putting green, horseshoe and bocce area and a large clubhouse with card rooms, 4 billiard tables, a lounge, kitchen and party room. There is no additional charge for amenities.
